"After having state farm for less then 3 years. My home insurance went for $1,400 to $1,888. Never received any notice nor did the agent reach out at any point to check on discounts or ways to lower the rate. That is all fine. But when we shopped around and found a almost $900 yearly savings, with similar coverage. (Car and home). The new agent and myself have called the office since last week. No answer, no returned call. But the State Farm call center has called me 6-7 times to ask about keeping State Farm and lowing my coverage to lower the payment. No one will answer to cancel my policy. Seems like you only matter when you're shopping for your insurance. After that she doesn't care about you. ***edit*** Shopped around for insurance for a couple of weeks. I decided to give Richele Jackson's office a call for a quote and was instantly greeted with a cheerful "How are you today." After a couple phone calls and some questions answered I had a reasonable quote. I signed and it took less then 30 minutes. I am glad I switched to State Farm with Richele. "Hey Chris, it looks like my office has reached out to your wife multiple times via calls, emails, and texts over the last week and have not heard back. She had sent a text letting us know you would be cancelling your insurance, but did not give us a cancellation date. We also sent an email to review coverage with her and she said she would be speaking with you about things and making sure the new carrier you were going to change to was providing adequate coverage. Again, we have not heard back since she said she would be speaking with you, nor has she given us a cancellation date when we asked what day your new insurance would be effective. We cannot cancel your insurance if your new carrier calls us because they are not the policyholder. We have to have your verbal permission to cancel your insurance and have not received any phone calls from either of you. "

"I am a long time State Farm Insurance Customer with my Family. This Agent provided bad customer service to me over the past EIGHT WEEKS. Facts: Richele did not return my phone calls starting March 22, 2024, nor my texts, nor my multiple e-mail. Her staff told me "I am hand carrying messages for Richele to call you, and I assure you she will today...." starting in March 22nd, then again March 25, 26, 27, 29, and in April multiple times. I needed to contact her about several events and insurance coverage; Richele Jackson did not respond to me or her agents messages."
